By now you know that my doctrine for wellness and fitness is built on the foundation of capability. Specifically, capability to be able to execute the responsibilities of life and to engage in the activities that bring you joy and fulfillment.

I have been dutifully executing my responsibilities and now it’s time for some joy. I’m headed up to the mountains of western North Carolina for a few days of snow skiing. And look at that… fitness bundled with an activity that is pure contentment and decompression.

While I’m gone I hope you enjoy something from projectSEMPER that was the stepping stone to balanceFIT. In this episode, I discuss the whys and hows and whereto-fors of taking care of your body with two of my favorite people in the world.
